Shipping Policy

1.Order Processing Time

For custom orders: Production takes 7‑15 business days after payment receipt and design confirmation, excluding shipping time. Stock items will be shipped within 3‑5 business days.

2.Shipping Method & Transit Time

We mainly ship via DHL and FedEx. Estimated delivery takes 5‑12 business days for most countries. Delivery time is for reference only. Customs clearance may cause delays beyond our control.

3.Customs & Import Duties

All import duties, VAT and customs fees at destination are borne by the buyer. Please check your local import regulations before placing an order.

4.Tracking Information

A tracking number will be provided once your parcel is dispatched.

5.Parcel Delivery

Order is considered successfully delivered once marked “Delivered” by courier. For damage or loss during transit, please contact the courier and notify us promptly.
