Return & Refund Policy
Important notice: Custom‑made items are produced exclusively for you, returns or refunds without valid quality reason are not accepted.
1.Custom Products：
Claims are only accepted for manufacturing defects. Please send photos or videos within 7 calendar days upon receipt. We offer remanufacture or partial compensation. Return shipping back to our location is not available. We do not accept refunds or remakes caused by buyer’s wrong artwork, misunderstanding of size, or personal dissatisfaction.
2.Stock Products:
Unused and undamaged stock goods can be returned within 14 days after receipt. Return shipping cost shall be covered by buyer.
3.Sample orders:
No refund for dispatched samples without quality issues.
4.Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed back to original payment method within 5‑10 business days.
